Very smooth, you meet with HR first and later you have an interview with senior management. Some of my college colleagues got 3 interviews, I only had 2, it depends on the role you apply for.

2 phone interviews - one with HR and the other with the Chief Strategy Officer. The one with HR was just more on about company fit and with the CSO was on situational questions about the role
