ABC Project Manager interview questions

Very vague unfocused questions, be ready for anything. They have different ways of running projects and will ask for methods you can offer. However, I don't think they're organized in the way they want to run a project so it looks like they're figuring out what the candidate may have to offer in assisting the direction in which they would take.
