They asked me about a specific challenge I faced in my previous role and how I handled it. They were interested in understanding my problem-solving approach, decision-making skills, and ability to manage unexpected situations effectively.
Very lovely people and straight forward process. Spoke with HR and then direct supervisor of the program I would be working on - this was a long time ago though, so things may have changed.
