ABB Project Manager interview questions

I applied for a summer internship and was immediately emailed and explained the information for the AI ​​Product Management position. I accepted and had a short online interview with the line manager. They explained the specifics of the product in question. After a few weeks, I had an in-person interview at Vaasa. Since I had a few weeks to spare and I was eager for the job, I prepared a demo of a product that was going to be developed by an external team over the summer and took it with me to the interview day. It was considered, but in the end, it backfired and I lost the job in the final stage due to my too technical vision. You will manage a product much better when you know how to build it.

Standard interview process. 3 rounds of interview, HR, direct hiring manager, last one with higher management. They were about one week apart from each other. There were mostly behavior questions and no technical questions.
