Relatively Easy
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Phone interview with HR (French)
Step 2: PAPI Test (psychological test) (English) (40Mins)
Step 3: First face to face interview (HR & Hiring Manager) (French and English) (you will be notified in a about a week if you are selected for second interview) (30min)
Step 4: Second face to face interview (hiring manager, operation manager) (English) (you may be notified in two to three weeks of the outcome, results will be shown much earlier on their website than their actual call or email)
Reasons for not selecting a candidate will not be disclosed.. they offer one to reapply..but not sure if they will consider the candidate again.

Usual interview questions (reasons for leaving work, description of current responsibilities, plans in the next 5 years, brief summary of past experiences, risks taken on previous projects, examples of conflicts managed, challenges on previous projects, if one has previously worked with changed orders and how the procedure was, what do one does in their free time (hobbies) and why they are selected as hobbies, favorite movies.

I had a quick phone interview. the representative was friendly, and well informed. the follow up process seems to take a while which is difficult to project other job offers or interviews.

Interview with Hiring Manager--> He pretty much shared the idea behind of the process, why need this person, and expectation. And some interpersonal skills questions.
