Interview
Il primo passo del processo di selezione consiste in un colloquio telefonico nel quale il recruiter chiede le aree di maggiore interesse per il candidato all'interno del mondo ABB (progettazione, manutenzione, gestione linee etc.). Confermata la propria candidatura per una delle posizioni aperte, al candidato viene inviato un test di lingua inglese il cui risultato deve essere comunicato al recruiter. Successivamente, si entra nella seconda fase del processo di selezione. Questa consiste in un business case da svolgere in gruppo seguito da un colloquio individuale di tipo comportamentale. Superato questa fase si passa al colloquio tecnico con il manager di riferimento per la posizione per la quale ci si è candidati. Se positivo anche quest'ultimo si passa alla proposta economica finale.

step 1: Written test in Lahore. step2: Online Interview on Microsoft Teams. The interview lasted 35-40 mins. Started with an introduction and then explained the job. Moved on to behavior-based questions. Technical questions after that. There wasn't a script to ask questions from so they just asked concerning how the discussion was going, which was nice to see. Very relaxed discussion and a good experience.

Un poco tardado todo el proceso, alrededor de 3 entrevistas con diferentes niveles, desde RH pasando por la parte técnica y gerencia, todo muy profesional ambiente relajado y todos muy amables
