      Management Engineer Trainee Interview

      Jan 22, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Bengaluru
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ABB (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019

      Interview

The recruitment process starts with an aptitude test, which is fairly simple for chemical engineering. Then, there is technical interview, wherein your basic knowledge and understanding of the main subjects is tested. After qualifying this, there is this bunch of three rounds that happens in their office. These happen throughout the day. One is presentation, another is group discussion and another is behavioral interview. This is very irritating and tends to drain you by the time you reach the last round. After all these three rounds, you will be told the result after a week. I did not feature in the list that of selected people that was sent to my college. But, I received a mail stating that my candidature was put on hold. I am waiting for more information, it has been over 2 months since I received the last mail.
