A.S. Watson Group interview questions

The interview was a three-round process: the first round was with HR, followed by separate rounds with two different hiring managers. The overall atmosphere across all interviews was relaxed and conversational. Each interviewer seemed interested in having an open discussion, focusing on broad, open-ended questions and adapting the direction based on my responses.

First round: HR interview covering general questions, background, culture fit, availability, and salary expectations. Second round: English technical interview assessing domain knowledge, problem-solving, tools used, and detailed hands-on experience with past projects and responsibilities.
