3M Optical Systems Marketing Intern interview questions

A marketing manager emailed me ask if I would be interested in a phone interview, I said of course and scheduled it for the following week. They originally told me that there would be two people interviewing me on the line, however only one called (strange). The interview lasted 30 mins. The interviewer basically said this was a brand new position and they weren't sure what the duties were going to be, he wasn't even sure about the pay for the interns.
