Poor HCM process. Job description vaguely defined and no clear leadership in place. Feedback and engagement time was lengthy and not professional. No 360 feedback after interview. Interview was intrusive and focused on current salary instead on fair pay for fair work.

Initial interview will be telephonic from supervisor. Next from NSM (can be video conference also) & in rare occasions from Divisional Manager. HR only facilitates.
