3M Engineer interview questions

Easy and concise. Asked the important questions and didn’t beat around the bush with nonsense typical interview questions. Asked about my experiences and where I would have liked to grow within the company and my aspirations. Very professional

Interview was awful, I interviewed with them at a career fair and as soon as I answered one question "incorrectly" the interviewer stood up and proclaimed that we were done and walked away without even giving me the curtesy of finishing the interview. The "incorrect" answer was my GPA, which I was not done school yet, still waiting on 2 semesters to graduate so I had time to pull it up, and I was short 0.1 points from meeting their requirement.
