24 Hour Fitness interview questions

1 interview then offer given. Mainly asking about physical aptitude, and a few q's on my history. Pretty standard. Very open to answer any questions that I had had. About 30 minutes total.

Waited a month between being contacted to have a sit down interview. Management was ill prepared for the interview, knew nothing about me which says did not read resume. Have more education and experience than the manager and personal trainers currently on staff.
