The interview was very conversational! The Kids Club Manager primarily focused on gauging my level of responsibility and my willingness to be a team player. It was a comfortable process.

Interview was easy. Asked specific questions on how to provide supervision and adequate care for the children. They also wanted to see if you had any creative ideas for the club.
Interview went smoothly, questions were related to how your availability is and if you’re capable of taking care of children. As long as you’re flexible and have an adaptable personality towards team work then you’ll fit in nicely.
