I still haven't got the interview, but they told me that I have to be prepared with a exercise program, and before they asked me if I knew anything about sales.
Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 24 Hour Fitness
Interview
Submitted my resume and application on line and was called a few days later for a phone screen interview. The screen interview had basic questions concerning interest and former workplace successes and challenges. At the end of the interview I was invited to an in-person interview a few days later. The questions were very similar to the first and they follow a corporate guideline book for interviews. Not a stressful situation but definitely need to be extremely outgoing and upbeat during the process. Third interview is a working interview and you must lead a trainer through a personal workout so make sure you have a plan and can explain your reasoning behind the work out.

Interview
Hiring manager contacted me and set up an interview for 30 minutes and got hire and start the following week. But I end doing more sales then the actual training. There is sales qouta that you have to mee monthly. You make more on commission then training at least for me.
Simple, just ask where to go and front desk attendant brought me to their office. Average interview questions and discussion about sales. Seemed to dismiss some of the points I was making to discuss further matters
