Poor guys from SpaceX!
I spent some time at Deloitte and hated it for many reasons. I have an offer on the table with KPMG and wondering if the culture there is any better. Any insights from someone who worked at both?
Do you find that your team members in India take more sick days than US? On my team in the US, we work from home if we get a cold but are generally still able to work. Being too sick to work happens to each of our US team maybe 1-3 times a year. My team in India takes 1-2 sick days per month. Are they actually too sick to work and that level of illness is more common? Or is there a cultural difference that you don't work if not feeling well?
Got laid off from a smaller consulting and the separation memo mentioned that I can’t work for some of the banks. Considering an offer from big 4, do I need to let the new employer know about the memo that I signed?
Didn’t get promoted and thinking of leaving Deloitte for the next level at Guidehouse. It’s a title bump so I would get a raise, but I’m trying to weigh the opportunity cost of going to a “lower tier” firm known for more niche services. Has anyone else been in this situation and what did you choose? Would this limit my exit opps?
My net worth is 343k as a 26 year old. Why do i still feel behind? Current salary is 140k. Friends in tech have been making 190k-350k from college up until now.
Slow day peddling opioids?

At least they (former Space X) have built something tangible and may improve life…or may not. Nonetheless achieved something most of us would never come close to accomplishing.
LEK is on here too but you have to zoom out an additional 500% to see their plot point
A worse WLB than Goldman lol. Elon sure knows how to build a culture!
Those variable a super subjective. Be carefully making any assumptions or conclusions unless they are super clear about how that is quantified.
Man, the typos in my post. Need more coffee 🙄
wtf are the axis? One of them is quality of management measured by…? Not wlb I guess…
I wondered the same. How did they normalize those scores?
Your WLB depends so much of yout immediate manager and org leadership ... you might be at the "best" option in that cuadrant and live in hell
Sorry. Can't hear you over my 5+ yrs of equity.
Please just go blow up some more rockets.
You're telling me USPS, Apple, and Amazon have WLB on par with Mckinsey?!?🤣
We are slacking off
I thought Wayfair was supposed to be hellish
I have friend in Tesla who barely works 30 hours a week and always traveling on weekends. So yeah it’s subjective
I’d love to read the article. Does anyone have a link?
It’s in the Economist
