"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Best thing is the 401k contributions the company will make. Right now, if you put down the maximum for company contribution, the company contribution is more than yours. Health insurance has gone up everywhere, so they only offer high deductible health coverage.
