Offer life insurance up to 1 years salary for free. Gave me paid time off to spend with my mom when her doctors determined she was near the end. Good match rates for 401k and offers pre and post tax offerings and will match either way.

Overall a pretty good package. 50% of the first 8% your contributed to 401k comes from the company. The only thing I do not like sparse selection of investments. Health Benefits are very average. Few insurance companies to select from. I wish they had IBC, but really everyone here goes with Aetna bc the other two options are trash.
