"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Flex schedule, paid for overtime, start accruing 3 weeks of vacation per year immediately, long Christmas break.
There is also an on-site healthcenter for employees to use.
