Do you consider your company one of the Best Places to Work? And perhaps more importantly, would your employees agree? Glassdoor’s annual Employees’ Choice Awards, recognizing the Best Places to Work, is determined solely by employee feedback shared on Glassdoor, but as an employer, there are things you can do to make sure you’re in the running. If you think your company deserves to be recognized, make sure you’re taking the following steps. Update Your Company Profile As we expand our awards program, we’re always looking at new ways to honor employers of all sizes, based on employee count. Help us make sure we have your correct employee count by updating your basic company profile information on Glassdoor.
  • How? Register for a Free Employer Account. Once you’re logged in with your employer account, visit your company’s employer center, select the company profile tab, and then update your company details. Note that in order to determine final winners, Glassdoor  also independently verifies employee counts.
Encourage Employees Feedback Winners are chosen based entirely on employee feedback, so make sure to encourage your employees to share a review on Glassdoor. And don’t forget to share a company review of your own – whether you’re the head of HR, a new employee or the CEO, your review counts!
  • How? Download a template email to encourage employee feedback, paste it into an email to all your employees, and click send. It’s that easy.
Upload Photos If you make the cut, we will feature your company’s photos based on those available on Glassdoor. The photos will highlight your office(s), culture and fun events and interactions between co-workers. Make sure your photos on Glassdoor reflect the way your office looks today!
  • How? Complete a brief online form, which asks you to simply identify your employer and then upload up to 10 photos at a time.
