🎀 Last week, staff across NYC wore pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💖 Every shade of pink represents hope, strength, and resilience in the fight against breast cancer. We stand in support of those affected by this disease and remember those we’ve lost. ➡️ Let’s continue to spread awareness, educate each other, and advocate for early detection.
On this International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, we recognize that 23% of New Yorkers live in poverty. At NADAP, we believe everyone deserves a chance to thrive. That's why our wraparound services improve access to healthcare, create pathways to sustainable employment, and support health and wellness. Through our programs, we're working to build a more equitable New York where poverty doesn't define anyone's future. #Poverty #SocialJustice #Equity
🎉 We recently celebrated National Recovery Month, recognizing the 21+ million Americans in recovery. Our staff from all 6 NADAP offices came together at NADAP’s headquarters for a night of recognition, connection, and fun! 🙌 CEO John Darin highlighted our unwavering commitment to “serving clients with dignity and professionalism.” We also honored employees who provide outstanding service to our clients, shining a spotlight on their dedication. 🎁 The evening was filled with delicious food, laughter, and exciting activities. Our “Who Is the Boss?” game had everyone guessing, and all 4 supervisors were identified! Congrats to Cheri, the lucky winner of the big raffle prize! 💜 We cherish the tradition of hosting this party every September as part of National Recovery Month. hashtag#Recovery hashtag#Addiction hashtag#Support hashtag#MentalHealth
Last week, our Career Compass Manhattan team came together for lunch and an exciting sports trivia tournament! It wasn’t just about the fun — moments like these strengthen our connections, making NADAP a place where teamwork and camaraderie thrive. Click the link to view the team!
⚾️ NADAP hit it out of the park at the Brooklyn Cyclones game! As the featured nonprofit partner, we cheered on the Cyclones to victory, bonded with our amazing NADAP family, and admired a dazzling fireworks show. 🎉 A special shoutout to Avianna Smith from Career Compass Manhattan for throwing out the first pitch and NADAP board member Jaclyn Grodin for making this night possible. *Keep a look out for updates on our Recovery Month Celebration, aiming to raise awareness about mental health and substance use disorders while celebrating the achievements of individuals in recovery. Recovery Month is a unique occasion to also recognize employee accomplishments and dedication throughout the year in support of our clients’ goals.
