cut throat company, you are out if senior managers don't like you, sad and grey work atmosphere in Luton headquarters, no people orientation, no teamwork, no support, poor customer service both internal and external,

1.Young Dynamic Great place to begin aviation career at 21 years of age. 2. Lots of opportunity to grow and develop your career within easyJet

Cons

1.Salary does not fully compensate responsibility and workload of (experienced) CabinManager 2. Fixed contracts: please notify your staff at least three months prior as three weeks to one month is too short 3. Back check company is very inefficient, find a new one to outsource this too. It actually has given delays during our training in Gatwick as we had to wait for airfield passes etc.
