The company leadership promotes new agent recruitment above time tested commercial real estate principles. The overall vibe was pretty icky, and there are many agents and companies associated with this firm that are only engaged in recruitment---not selling real estate. This company will be a flash in the pan once the word gets out how they do business. Leadership promotes "resi-mmercial" salesmanship, a cross between selling residential real estate and commercial. The two industries are not the same, and they should be separate based on skill set.

Gltichy avatar world with people operating in pacific time. Horrible on ground help, mentor barely has time for you. First 3 deals its a steeper cut than first told. All pushing recruitment which of course helps the company rake in millions a month. Better splits and local support available from local brokerages. Oh, and the "culture" they have has no diversity it's suppose to be extra positive for no reason. Barely allowed to vent on workplace? How are we able to lean on each other. This is just an illusion brokerage here IN NYC . People managing this do not understand cities like ours and are very uptight and wealthy doing no real estate. Brand color is also hideous. Broker is sitting peacefully upstate taking her time for basic paperwork. Can I say more? I would.
