      Too many to list but here are a few: Great retirement plan by attracting others Headaches of owning own company vastly reduced such as risk, employee management, allowing me to focus on being an agent Great training tools from the best in the business. Conducting business from anywhere thru the cloud Capping g in 3 1/2 months and heading toward icon agent status Unbelievable opportunities!!

      Pros

      In my 12 years of being in the business, I've never been a part of something so amazing for REALTOR's. The technology, ownership, cohesiveness and support is beyond anything I had hoped for, I only wish I had joined sooner. There is so much this company offers that one just can't understand in a short presentation. I've been with a lot of companies in the past and all have nothing compared to eXp Realty.

      So many tools given to you to make money, it's hard to keep up!

      I love that eXp Realty is for the agents! Agent owned is true and real. You receive higher commissions and stock, which make you truly an agent owned company. Training on the cloud is amazing and I so love being truly paperless!!! Our Skyslope, our paperless document compliance is truly the easiest program I have ever used. Making the task of uploading all docs super easy and super fast!

      Cons

      If you don't like keeping more of your commission or earning stock whenever you close a transaction... eXp is not for you!
