Pros
I have been with the company for about one year. I can run my business the way I want and Market the way I choose. I use my own way of branding and don't feel like a number. My broker is always available to help or answer any questions I might have. We are a technology company so communication is Paramount. I don't feel like they have let me down in anyway and this company is fantastic. If you are thinking for working by or for yourself then look at exp as an option. I grew up with computers so I am very comfortable using the latest Technologies for the real estate industry. To me this company makes a lot of sense. I don't see any other companies that have Near The Proposition value has exp Realty giving agents an opportunity to earn more with multiple revenue streams.
Cons
Trying to redefine traditional real estate Does has its challenges but they are mere speed bumps.
