The company is constantly looking for strategies to grow which allows you to work with cutting edge technologies. The atmosphere is laid back and the work challenging.

Cons

Like most larger companies, the policies and actions can be slow to implement. You have to learn to get along with a few personalities that aren't that pleasant to be around.

Brand recognition, legendary internet community, company makes an attempt to be green.

Cons

Ridiculous custom framework you must use. Outdated version control system. Developers don't seem to be interested in working with better/new tools. High stress environment, and deadlines that must be met or else. Truly crummy tools to work with, must restart the server for everything.

ebay encourages people to innovate. You will have lot of freedoms to do whatever you want as long as you manage your time well.

Cons

I hate to use the word "discriminiate". But a few of managers are too bias on their favorite employees. Simliar amount of work and performance, one would get MUCH higher annual rating over the others.
