- Bad management - Micro Manage - Employees at the lower level always seems to be lost in communication with the higher management

Pros

The canteen service is not so bad. Village environment, inside and outside, suitable for those who like living in remote places...

Cons

HR Dept is lacking in organization and internal cooperation. Lack of honesty and transparency. Meritocracy is based on personal sympathy and local network, as well as the recruitment of new employees. Some of the managers are absolutely not professional, not suited to the role, unable to react to situations and solve any problem. Lack of vision.

Global company with generally good people at lower levels. Company now split into 2 separate entities.

Cons

Management is a revolving door during industry technology transition. Did not have transition figured out, so left company. Also a lot of political infighting going on while everyone struggled to survive.
