Pros

Huge company, huge projects, clothes discounts and the best work-life balance. Company also offers a wide range of benefits that are quite great.

Cons

Is a company where you need to have a lot of communication and political skills. If you are a person that does not like to socialize, make presentations and spend time in networking, this adidas is not for you. Meeting culture: In adidas you spend more time in meetings than actually working Micro environment can be toxic and not get anything done. But normally changing things depends more on you than on your boos or team. Also don’t expect to have much contact if your boss and don’t wait people to tell what to do, you need to be proactive, what’s actually a good thing

Pros

Friendly people in Porto office

Cons

1. Incapable and unwilling local HR staff that has unfortunately more power over emoloyees than people managers 2. Titles of the job don’t correspond with duties and responsibilities 3. Caring about their people is big lie in Portugal office, as there are no conditions to commute to the office, some teams sitting at the containers that were made as offices because they expand the teams without planning to expand the working spaces. Rising turnover of people, over 36%, and still no effective actions taken except for quick decisions made without any thorough investigating of root causes. 4. Any questions raised or advises given are taken as negative feedback and criticism, 5. “Take it, or leave it” mindset
