      Pros

      I love that the people I work with come from varied and diverse backgrounds. It definitely shows the willingness to bring people together with the idea of a common goal of success. There is an excitement level that makes one want to come to work everyday and work with these awesome people. Everyone is friendly, and most have a positive attitude. The pay and benefits are good and the schedule is great. I am glad to be considered part of this exciting, fast paced team, and I look forward to a long and successful relationship at DiscoverOrg.

      Cons

      More frequent staff meetings, and a clearly defined chain of command for each team. Employees should be aware of whose door is always open for non-judgmental conversation if the need ever arises.

      Rewarding place to work

      Pros

      Hard work really pays off. I have worked for DiscoverOrg a little over 4 years and love it! Not to say it's not a lot of work and some stressful days but I wouldn't have it any other way. Co workers are great, the owners actually listen and care and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I really enjoy working for this company and plan on staying with DiscoverOrg.

      Cons

      The company used to be much smaller and I knew everyone. Now I don't know half the people. I wish we did more company get togethers to get to know everyone. I'm hoping we get a 401k in the future. The company definitely feels more corporate and less laid back.

      Dynamic place to work - awesome place to begin or develop your career

      Pros

      - Rapidly growing, well-funded company run by a passionate CEO - Company is very good at identifying talent and nurturing individuals to be leaders - Decent amount of mobility between departments - Very open and transparent culture, almost zero office politics or drama - Great managers and great co-workers, made a lot of lifelong friends working alongside me

      Cons

      - The speed of growth means that you are really drinking from the fire hose day one. If you get overwhelmed easily or don't like being pushed to perform, probably not a great place for you to work - Part of the no office politics means that if you screw up, you will be told you screwed up...BUT... people are quick to forget and forgive
