better pay than most similar jobs in the area decent yearly bonus if the company does well relatively stable if full-time

Cons

typical large company problems upper management doesn't know or care about employees culture is poor in many departments most lower management only cares about numbers to impress their bosses lots of mandatory overtime, eg 60 hrs/week, 7 days/week for 1-3 months every year or two is not unusual
