Fast-paced environment — you’ll never be bored, and shifts go by quickly. Great exposure to trend cycles and visual merchandising since new stock comes in very frequently. Teamwork is strong during peak hours; everyone learns to support each other. Good training in folding standards, customer service, and store operations. Staff discount is a nice perk if you like the brand.
