      Pros

      nothing really, haven't really gained that much or learnt too many new things in the 2+ years i've been there. i suppose it builds up your ability to work in an extremely stressful, challenging (not in a good way) and difficult environment

      Cons

      lack of trust between everyone, poor communication between teams, senior management seem to do what they want, previously agreed on decisions are reversed by senior management with no communication because they 'felt like doing it', no support for you career development
