      Pros

      Cool software, great people to work with, free lunches, share scheme, very good transport links

      Cons

      The scrum process was very immature, sprints were often cancelled and basic scrum ceremonies like retos not happening often.

      Pros

      Great employees (not sure if theyre around anymore), was able to learn and grow with a solid team, and the diversity of work that was given.

      Cons

      The biggest problem was the fact that anyone that was in a higer position than yourself really didnt listen to you. It made it difficult to work sometimes. Also the way they get lay off people is quite dreadful.

      Pros

      Some great people work at Zoo. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. There are no separate departments, everyone is part of the team. The company is flexible and forward thinking and adapting to the market. Its a great place if you want to build skills as Zoo is always looking for new ways of working.

      Cons

      There is sometimes limited career progression and promotion opportunities, but this is more due to them being a smaller company.
