You are able to study for your Degree or Certs while working. Tons of benefits (Gym membership at Bay Club, all holidays are paid with time off, snacks, free parking) Relaxed IT workload (no more than 10 tickets per day) You can go on walks outside to kill time or relax a bit. No micromanagement Manager/Director is understanding (rare)

Cons

Daily user error issues (forgot passwords, emails, or learning software) Boredom some days if you don't have projects to keep your mind going.

Our team is great, the work we do is fun and varied, and I've felt supported in all of my training and questions since joining ZOO Digital. Lots of company benefits, and I feel genuinely valued as a member of the English team.

Cons

The pay could be a little higher to reflect the work we do.
