      Under paid for bay area Engineers

      Role required extensive travel on short notice, no room to develop and under paid compensation compared to bay area pay

      Decent pay but no consistency

      Pros

      Decent pay with regular bonuses if you meet goals. No mandatory weekends.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime is regular. Lab will tell CS one thing and then will do something else, leading to confusion with customers.
