Good culture, bad technology strategy

Pros

Working culture is friendly, my manager tries to help his employees to develop and stay healthy. Salary is good.

Cons

Field of business and technology strategy does not allow proper technologic development and innovation. Everything has to be developed super fast and therefore products are sold as industry ready while not even beeing a proper prototype. Obviously this causes major problems for customers as well as Zeiss employees who have to troubleshoot these unready products over years.
