Even though I was a front-line agent, I often felt that my voice was heard by the management team and they tried to reflect our feedback in processes and products.

Pros

Among the few good things the company offers are the co-workers, who are extremely friendly and collaborative. They are all very helpful and the environment is full of culture, as there are many nationalities present.

Cons

The company is extremely disorganized, both in the human resources set up and in the financial/administrative part. Our salary has already been delayed. Several promises made to employees have not been fulfilled, creating an environment of distrust between employer and employee. The shifts that change every 4 days make us more susceptible to diseases and infections, and it is notable that some people are treated differently and better than others. The company is extremely biased: if we complain about something, the treatment becomes different with those who complained or demanded their rights.

We want to highlight that we maintained transparent communication with all employees and made ourselves available to answer any questions during that period. The ability to work in a rotating shift schedule is a requirement for the role due to the nature of the business. This requirement is always advertised in the job ad and mentioned during the interview. It is also stated in the employment contract. Regarding your comment about biased treatment, we take this very seriously and have a zero-tolerance toward discrimination of any kind. We encourage employees to report any incidents of bias or discrimination to our People team, and we investigate each case thoroughly. We appreciate your advice to management and will take it to heart. At Yolo Group, we strive to treat our employees with kindness and respect, and we will continue to do so.
