Colleagues Work career experience Flexibility on vacation days travel in some occasitions if you like

Salary. People work for years in Yazaki and do not receive a raise. Some managers are not very flexible and do not talk to people properly Lots of old working force, meaning that innovation is not so good. Japanese company with report to Japanese branch, They are very square in which they do not take new ideas with an open mind. Even Shinji Yazaki was like that when he visited the plant No complementary training was given in 10 years. Only the absolutelly necessary
