      Pros

      Formerly it was TATA Chemical ltd,now it is yara.Employees work life balance culture, beautiful township, eco-green, Al facilities available. As in TATA company care for there employee,same is continuing in Yara. I left the Yara due to selection in Central government. It is best company to work in private sector. Salary is good. I management allow, I wish to join again YARA.

      Cons

      As 24 hrs running plant,so usually shift jobs are here in process till deputy manager post. 2. Some manager are not professional,they handle employees unprofessionally like a LALA, they don't care about their team. Just becoz to save their seat.

      Slow decisions, a lot of bureaucracy, lack of alignment in top management

      Strong purpose & strategy. Great work environment, career & development opportunities and work/life balance. Focused on leading and innovating current industry. Compensation is fair

      Old mindset from some leaders. Needs to improve people management competencies.
