      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Collegues are hardworking and in general highly professional.

      Cons

      Zero career paths or progression laid out. Difficult to see the next steps, unless you are based in BENELUX or Oslo. Too many people in the middle managment trying to stamp their own influence and agenda, with no real thought to how it effects the workforce or relationship with the customer.

To support this, Yara is focused on building internal corporate development programs. In 2019 we also intend to launch Yara University, showing that we are committed to investing in the development of our employees.
