Pros

The people are fantastic at this company, corporate politics and backstabbing at a minimum. Not a 7am to 7pm culture, and sells fun products that means going to fun events.

Cons

The japanese leadership is changed out every 3-5 years in most positions, so you are constantly getting new people that know nothing about your business that have to be trained and adjustments have to be made based on their personalities. It is very ineffective. For example the CEO on this page is already gone. Also there is a lack of upward mobility.

Pros

Access to great engineering tools and other knowledgeable engineers. Diverse product line that keeps the job from getting boring. As a young engineer this job is a great continuing education. Good discounts and benefits.

Cons

Salary is low because powersports is a desirable industry to be in. Lots of politics, paperwork and pointless presentations. The fun part of the design work is buried under making schedules, schedules and more schedules to meet impossible deadlines set by upper management. The agendas, meeting minutes and test requests take up too large a portion of an engineers day to be productive and successful.
