Good balance private life/work time, if the management see potentialities they listen to their employees. Salaries align with the rest of the country.

Cons

Big slow company, stuck to management decisions. Managers usually are in their position because of their seniority and not because of their knowledge. Rare possibilities of carreer.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT rude supervisors you name it, your pointed for it they expect the unrealistic point system mandatory overtime with no notice
