Pros

You will get a really good hands on experience in your role be it any team. Work culture is really good. You get exposed to various teams, leaders and get an opportunity to initiate new ideas and work on it. The team is really good and really understanding, good growth interms of learning and contributing.

Cons

The compensation is decent and not very competitive. That is something i felt could get better. The base pay is less and allowances are just about decent.
