      - Great team members. - Decent work-life balance. - Helpful management.

      Cons

      - No system with development cycle. - Legacy code, so not much room for creativity/logical thought. You will be just working on small CRs. - HR is not much supportive. - No proper recreation room in office. Nothing/no place to relax.

      Company is well run, some excellent, dedicated staff with bright ideas and go to market know how. Very flexible working environment and there is a true intent to care for staff. Some very interesting roles for the right people

      Cons

      Procedures, process and red tape can be a motivation killer. More internal selling needed than external selling.
