Management is terrible. If you expressed any concern to them, your hours would be cut and, trust me, hours were already hard to come by. They understaffed the kids club area, despite numerous complaints from their workers and parents. One person would be responsible for watching large amounts of kids (aged 6 weeks to 12 years) alone. It was so unsafe. On top of that, they wanted us to mop floors, clean windows, clean bathrooms etc. during our 4 hour kids club shifts. Anyone watching the amount of kids that I was, alone, does not have time for that. They made it very clear they don’t value their workers or customers. I’m so relieved I found something else before a child got hurt on my watch.
