Pros

International environment , stimulating quite dynamic. 80% of the employees come from the top academic institutions from their country of origin. Life work balance is very good and overall the work environment is relaxed

Cons

You need to be sponsored by your manager otherwise you will not grow professionally. The American culture is a bit to dominating
