      Pros

      Multiple autonomous teams with cross team collaboration that leads to big things happening. It feels good to be part of something this good. Fun work environment and you work with only the best people :)

      Cons

      As with any startup, you always do more than perhaps is expected from you, and work-life balance therefore can suffer. Some days you wish you got paid more for the amount of work you put in daily.

      Pros

      Autonomous teams, amazing place it's really refreshing after investment banking. The culture is unique and I know everybody says this but I could feel the difference without anyone telling me.

      It's growing rapidly and there's a risk it might dilute the values
