- People are friendly, helpful and generally want you to succeed. Mostly everyone is willing to help. - Since COVID, lots of flexibility to work from home, the office (until it closed) and a mix of hours - Pay is fair

Cons

- Job duties not always clear, and expected to go above and beyond always. - Aggressive in looking for ways to reduce cost and increase profit
