Remote work and good pay

Cons

Since you will be working for a client, you will be treated as a second-class employee. They will also discard you easily, irrespective of your performance.

Pros

The team was supportive and my direct supervisor was accommodating.

Cons

The wages are stagnant. They only provide what the law allows. I think they're holding out on raises until minimum wage cates up with what they offer.

It's a trap

Pros

They were nice enough to pay while we were laid off at the beginning of the pandemic, while they worked it out with the client to set us up to work from home.

Cons

Only two paid holidays per year, three weeks off between the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks (without pay), no PTO, sick time capped at 3 days per year, and no raises in over three years.
