Friendly work environment and very nice company culture. You get full support from the management and the HR team, they are very quick to respond to any query. Definitely the most approachable management team I've ever worked with! There's also great career development opportunities and a chance to learn if you're interested. Good benefits package (including relocation package) and work/life balance.

Cons

No parking provided for on-site teams.

Flexibility of working from home

Cons

Long hours and overtime all the time; management people are not very insightful and arrogant; HR is the worst. They just laid off a lot of people without any notice before Christmas last year. Think twice before you want to become a full-time!

Pros

Flexible to work remotely and it is a bike friendly office environment. Colleagues are friendly and there is a very nice testing lab.

Cons

Very stressful environment and the managers were not helpful. Much politics going on, and high turnover. New employees do not get proper training and they pretty much learn by themselves. There is no investment made to develop its employee.
