Even as one of the younger people on the team, I never felt out of place. Most of the employees had different backgrounds and experiences than me, but we still built a really good connection. What I appreciated most was the freedom to do things my way and contribute in a way that felt natural to me. It gave me the chance to make a real impact and grow a lot along the way.
